Michelle Cruddas is a Legal Executive with considerable expertise in assisting clients who may require some support in terms of personal welfare, property and financial affairs.

Michelle is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. She brings a sympathetic and considered approach to important and sensitive issues. She has particular expertise in advising on suitable arrangements for vulnerable clients, for example, the physically frail or those who lack mental capacity.

Michelle is very experienced in dealing with issues relating to Court of Protection, including applications for the appointment of Deputies. Michelle acts in conjunction with the other lawyers in the CNCI team to ensure that clients are given thorough support and advice throughout their claims.
