Compensation for road accident injuries.

The CNCI team assisted a Claimant following a road traffic accident.

Whilst the Claimant was riding his motorcycle a car suddenly carried out a U-turn in front of him, which caused a collision. The Claimant sustained a broken wrist and ligament damage to his knee. The Claimant also suffered psychological injuries following the accident.

The Defendant admitted liability and an interim payment was initially negotiated due to the Claimant firstly, being unable to work and then only being able to return to work on reduced hours.

Despite slow responses from the Defendant, the CNCI team were able to successfully negotiate a settlement that the Claimant was happy with and accepted.
